The hotels, and the transfer vehicles were always very clean and organized, exceeded expectations every day, not missing anything, not even water. We know that on any trip there are some setbacks, flight delays, a hotel room that doesn't suit us, or a problem at the reception, however, when they occurred, the Memphis team quickly resolved them.
